Condition:  Minor cover and spine wear noted especially around the edges of the dust jacket.  The inside is clean - no writing or missing pages noted.  It is tightly bound.  The top right-hand corner of the inside cover has been torn out - most likely to remove a name & address.  This book has an odd book smell to it.  It is not mold or a smoke smell, just a weird smell from printing I believe.  I am airing it outside on our screened porch for a few days to see if that helps.
