Refund policy
Log Cabin Vintage does not accept returns. All books are sold in "as is" condition. All books are vintage and are in vintage, used condition (unless otherwise noted in the product description). I do my best to accurately describe the condition of each book. Please be sure to read the entire product description as well as view all photos as they part of the visual description of each book/set. Please feel free to ask questions before purchase.
Occurrences of lost or damaged items during the shipping process are rare. However, if you item is received damaged and the item was shipped using Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, please email info@logcabinvintage.com & we can file a claim with the post office. In order to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage as well as photos of the condition of the box as it was received. Once a claim has been filed, it is up to the Post Office to determine if a refund will be issued. If a refund is issued, a refund will be received for the price of the items damaged as well as the shipping.
