Shipping policy

At Log Cabin Vintage, calculated shipping is used at checkout.  If you are within 30 miles of Sellersville, PA, free, local pick up is also available at checkout.   If you choose free, local pickup - you are responsible for contacting Log Cabin Vintage to make arrangements to pick up your purchase within 1 week of purchase (seven days).  There is no delivery of items by Log Cabin Vintage.

All books are shipped media mail unless priority mail or ground advantage are chosen at checkout.  Media mail does not include insurance.  Ledgers, diaries, scrapbooks, tote bags and any non-book items cannot legally be shipped media mail & therefore will ship either ground advantage or priority mail depending on which you choose at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:   At this time, Log Cabin Vintage does not ship Internationally.

At Log Cabin Vintage, all orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.  Orders are shipped Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  If one of these days falls on a holiday, orders will be shipped next business day.

Log Cabin Vintage cannot be held responsible for any items once they have been shipped.  Please note I personally take all items to my local post office & receive a receipt for all shipments or I hand each order directly to my mail carrier for which he/she scans the item into their system immediately. 

Occurrences of lost or damaged items during the shipping process are rare.  However, if you item is received damaged, please reach out to me & we can file a claim with the post office if the item has been shipped priority mail.  In order to file a claim, I will need photos of the damage as well as photos of the condition of the packaging as it was received.
