Condition: Cover and spine wear noted especially around the edges of the dust jacket. The outside of the book has been well-protected by the dust jacket through the years & shows very minor wear. The corners of the covers have been turned in just a bit. The inside is clean - no writing, torn or missing pages noted. Sadly, someone removed the original John Newberry Medal foil sticker on the dust jacket & damaged the dust jacket in the process as shown in the photos. The book is tightly bound. The front inside dust jacket flap has been clipped.
