The illustrations in this book are everything you would expect from a book published in the early 1930's.  They definitely have an art deco style/vibe to them.   This book is the fourth in a series of New Silent Readers.  The third book in this series, The Wonder World is also available in my shop for purchase.  Both covers boast nautical themes - perfect for your beach or vacation home decor.
