The outside shows wear, however, the inside pages are still bright white & very clean.

There is discoloration on the spine - foxing/age marks. The bright white pages within the book are beautiful & are filled with large printing for easy reading. There is one minor tear at the bottom of the title page noted. It looks as though someone erased something written in pencil on the inside cover. An address perhaps of a previous owner?
