Condition: The dust jacket shows wear including minor tears especially noted around the edges. Minimal cover and spine wear noted as the dust jacket seems to have done an excellent job in protecting the book over the years. There is not writing, torn or missing pages noted. A note about the illustrations: at first glance, I assumed a child colored over them in crayon. However, upon further inspection, I believe this is how the illustrator actually drew all of the illustrations. If you look at both of the Abraham Lincoln illustrations, they are drawn identical and no child coloring could have repeated his crayon scratch with that much precision.
