Condition:  Cover & spine wear is noted especially around the edges.  Anne of Green Gables is an ex-school library book and shows the remnants of the glue used to hold the dust jacket in place (sadly the dust jacket is long gone).  There are also school stamps on the inside front cover.  The back cover shows the same remnants of glue from the dust jacket as well as the remnants of glue from where the library card pocket once was.  No other writing noted.  No torn or missing pages noted.  Each edition is tightly bound.  Both editions have cracks at the spines on the inside covers.  Though well-loved over the years, just think of all the hours & children who read these two books!  That is part of their story & adds to the character of these books.  If you are looking for pristine editions, these are not for you.  Be sure to view all photos as they are part of the visual description of these books.
